can partition deed challenged after 40 years

respected sir,
my grandfather and my father with his one elder brother and four younger brothers in which three were minor at the time of partition of huf properties, everybody got there share. now all of uncles want a share in my property which my father has left for me. my uncles have filed a case against me on the grounds of huf partition.
they have got lease pendency on 7/12,
what should i do? plz guide

If all of them got equal partition ,how they can claim your father's property.Contest the case.

You should defend your case vigorously but one problem exists that mutual partition had not been entered in the revenue record so property shall be partitioned again but you have also got similar rights in the entire property held by your uncles and have equal claim thereon.
