Is there any order from Supreme court of India or other body wherein 498a cannot be attracted to be booked after 10 years of marriage?

no. to my knowledge there is no such judgment

Dont have knowledge of the judgment and but it can be argued that after 10 years 498a is not applicable with the help of the evidence.
In detail cross examination is necessary.
