1. That I am owner in possession of ........Kanal...Marlas agricultural land situated in Khewat no.......Khatoni no..........Khasra no. (s) of revenue estate of .......Tehsil & district...........
2. That the aforesaid agricultural land is my self acquired property.
3. That I am relinquishing the aforesaid land in favour of ..........son of.son of ........who is my .......without any consideration with my free will.
4. That I have handed over the vacant possession of the aforesaid property to .....son of..son of....... and from today onwards I or my legal heirs have no connection what so ever with the same.
5. That aforesaid ..........has got each and every legal rights in the aforesaid property which were available to me therein.
6. That I shall have no objection if Sh. .......gets changed his name in the title record/revenue record replacing me by way of this relinquishment deed.
