Amalgmation order attracts stamp duty?

Hi, Is the amalgmation order passed by Hon'ble High Court attracts stamp duty? If yes, where it can be paid if properties are situated in different state?

Stamp duty is payable in the given case at every place before registrar wherein such property is to be got registered.
