Is this letter Ok from doctor as my mother is making will so that no one can challenge
the content of will, After the death of the deceased, the mother



To whom so ever it may concern

This is to certify that I have examined Smt Lily Shah on date April 12, 2010 she is not suffering from any disease and she is capable of making will


do this require any modification?

This certification of the doctor is sufficient to prove the physical and mental health of testator.

However, I feel Doctor's certificate is not the prime requisite for the testator to write a WILL
