my divorece poceeding is under trial. my mother is handicap(Blind). my wife living with my motherin her house & property ( land) which has been transferred to my mother by his husband in 1980 and he died in 1991.my wife tortures my mother & claims transfer assets to her.my mother wish to live alone in her house and she said to vacate house to my wife.what is legal remedy??????? property has been transferred by way of daanpatra

Your wife has got no right to live in the house property of your mother. If your mother wants to get it vacated, she may do so by taking the help of police, courts and even NGOs.

how she can ask for property when divorce pitition is pending?legal help you will get court or police . never spare her.
