whether the documents can be filed at the evidential stage which ought to have been filed at the time of filing of W.S. Is there is any provision or order in the C.P.C.?

Documents may be filed but their reference must be given in W.S because you can not lead evidence beyond the pleading.

Documents can be filed seeking leave of the court,explaining the reason for non filing of the same and after court being satisfied will receive the same.For defendant it has to be filed Under Order 8 Rule 1A(3) of C.P.C
