Dear Experts,
I am Satish Kumar and i was provided with expert legal advice with applicable case laws and its citations on the issue of partition suit filed by one of the legal heirs.
I place on record my great indebtedness to the Experts whoc gave me legal advice , which led to my winning the suit.My lawyer was not a specialist on this subject and this Forum helped me a lot to tread te correct path legally.The suit has been dismissed on 30-03-2010 by the ADJ, New Delhi.
Hope to get the same cooperation in future also.
