During the investigation in Noida, I found my employee on whom FIR was filed feel IO is biased. How can he request for a new IO?

You can file criminal application with the court to change the IO but you have to support the allegations of biased investigation by the IO with strong supporting evidence. On the basis of vague allegations without any supporting evidence, the court will not interfere in the investigation.

You should at first approach to higher police officials or DM for your request.

Yours is a very common problem, which I.O. in India is not biased? Better leave it and get a direction from HC to file Final Report and challenge his Report in trial. No Court will believe your version of bias during investigation stage.
