sir,
this is my grandpa s property.in 1980 my grandpa was entered in devlopment agreement with mr. xyz.he mischief my grandpa and took advance from many people.now they filed a suit against my grandpa @ others.building is still in -complet and encroched by a local lady having connections with criminals.now we have a very good offer from a well-known builder,he assured us and want to make agreement on AS IS WHERE IS basis,he is also ready for all settelment.can we make this deal.
one more thing is that mr xyz is now no more and he was filed a suit against us so what is our status now ,he has no legal heirs.
we have all document on my grandpa s name like- p.c.,7/12,6/12,mutation entry etc.

Mr anonymous.I think you may proceed,but be careful all the fact must be mention in clear form in the agreement.Before signing the agreement must discuss all the facts, terms and condition with your lawyer.
