Harasment from my wife..

Hello Everyone,

I have been continuously harassment by my wife, and as i know she cant afford a lawyer but now she has been in touch with one advocate after that i have been harassed continuously.

I am looking for a free lawyer who can take up this matter.. Please help...

If your income is below Rs. 20,000/- per month then definitely you can avail Free Legal Aid facility being provided by State wherein not only lawyer but also all ancillary expenses shall be bone by State,

I have never heard about "Free Local Aid Forums" during my professional life of about 30 years as suggested by one of the experts. Can I know details of such 'Aid Forums' from the concerned expert so as to get benefited other authors also?

Now comes the doubt that whether Mr.Rajkumar Makkad had ever visited any Court. or even attended any Nursery School - His lack of English knowledge to understand the Meaning Of Forum Confirms it.

Makkad if at all you are genuine and as mentioned in your Profile if at all you are in Chandigarh as mentioned visit the Chandigarh Courts and ask for free legal aids Forums and certainly our Learned Brothers would guide you please other wise the illiterate should join a Nursery School to learn good English and understand the meaning of Forum Please
