Conflict of interest - committe member

Can a managing committee member who is a treasurer in a housing society be allowed as a swimming trainer on a chargeable basis by the managing committee as per the Maharashtra housing society board? Is it not conflict of interest as the concerned person is earning out of the housing society amenities?

Managing Committee of a housing society has no concern with swimming where the Treasurer of the Society is working as a trainer, it is not any conflict of interest of "housing".
