Gpa cancellation

my father had had signed a power of attornity.later he cancled the gpa and tranferd the land to another per.but as my father had signed the poa the party the filed a case claiming the property.please let me no your opinions

Dear sir, Is the Power of Attorney registered or not? After giving power to the party and before cancelling the same, during this period, did the party sell any property? After cancellation of POA, a notice to that affect shall be sent to the agent. How did your father cancel it?

Show the document (PoA) to a local prudent lawyer for analyses of terms and conditions, guidance and proceeding.
