Hi sir
In hyderabad if property value is 100 cr. Then how much total fees would be payable for registered gpa

Dear sir GPA agent is a relative to GPA Principal for Sale is Rs.1000/- and fee payale @ 0.5% (subject to a minimum of Rs.1000/-). If GPA gives to others (other than family members it is @1@ on the value of the property and fee at Rs.0.5% subject to a maximum of Rs.20,000/-. only GPA the stamp duty payable is Rs.50/- and fee of Rs.1000/-.
