Diferent Driver

Sir,

In Motor Accident Claim Case, the driver of the vehicle was charge sheeted by the police is Sri Salim Son of Sri Maksood Ahamad but the copy of D.L. of one Sri Salam Son of Nanhey has been filed by the said driver namely Sri Salim. Now, the Driver Salim alleged that he is also known by Salam but the father's name differed in police charge sheet and D.L..
In such circumstances, what are the papers should be produced before the Tribunal to show that these are two different persons not one & same.

No separate document is required for that. Such person had applied for bail and had also written his and his father's name which be regarded as true and any variation thereto shall go against him. Documents have already been brought by him on case file. Take benefit of those and differentiate that son and father both cannot be known by their different names at the same time without mentioning word alias.
