Hello my name is - Andrea
We live in Bangalore ,
One of the expert replied and I did not understand what the respected sir told can anyone please look into this and help me please.
My boy friend was a 14 year old kid (Boy) and he kissed a neighbor girl who was10 or 9 as my other friend was challenging him that he cant do it I know it was a mistake that he did it
and it happend before 2007 as it is more than 12 years now and he is 27 years old.
Can the parent of the girl file a case against him now. Please let me know ,as we are afraid and my boy friend started to think more n more about this and we dont know what to do .
We would appreciate any solution on this above also can anyone tell us please will my boyfriend be in trouble, we are going through a very hard time any help would be appreciated
Also we are getting married and my boyfriend is only thinking about this your advice will truly help us.

No case against the boyfriend can be filled now after 12 years, and what all he did at the age of 14 years with girl of 9-10 years when he was himself a minor. Tell him to move ahead in life, kissing a minor girl of 10 years by minor boy of 14 years is no offense that can by any stretch of mind amount to sexual harassment.

You are making yourself tense for nothing,just forget ;At that time both were minors and Kissing could be due to affection also not necessarily with sexual intentions. I don't know why should it bother you may be due to present given circumstances . Nothing to fear of any such thing.Just relax and move ahead;Wish you a very happy marriage and married life ahead...

Thank you NJS sir , I thank for your time I agree with what you say but it has happened in his childhood days when he was 14 years old kid, he is going through tough time in his life thinking about that and prayed the lord to forgive him,
as a future wife to him I have to look into possibilities to help him and clear this hence I posted the query . yes sir I understand it's a mistake but it was in childhood where he didn't know.

On 2nd March 2019 at Palghar district of Maharashtra a 12 year old boy was arrested for raping a 10 year old girl and making her pregnant. Whether the boy shouild be excused for being at the age of child. He was arrested by concerned Police Station under Pocso Act. In your case after kissing what would have been the next step which was dropped by the culprit for some reasons

Some of the ways that childhood sexual abusive can affect well being 1 Trust 2 self esteem 3 coping with stress 4 impulsivity 5 anger 6 dissociation 7 self harm. If proper care ant treatment is not given at the right time of childhood the problems will retain and increase in life time.

A Psychological Counselling to both the boy and girl would be mandatory even though they are adults now.
