You seem to be seeking abundant sources of help to save your service. Abundant sources means abundant confusions due to wide differences of opinions. Secondly, without discussing your case about departmental/domestic inquiry, you have made a mention of going to HC if you decide to file the matter directly in HC. For your information, may the courts at initial stage admit the matter, but rejects the case if departmental resources are not utilized for seeking justice in the case.

Further, even at organizational level, if a spoiled in domestic inquiry due to inapt handling and without proper preparation that always fail in HC & SC.

So, as of my sincere advice, at first, better concentrate on how to save your case the best at organizational level, before thinking for the approach to HC. If you are thinking of going to HC without making befitting efforts at organizational level, you may perhaps be lacking in self confidence or having no confidence on your defense counsel in the domestic inquiry, or your defense counsel may not be fit to handle your case effectively.

Secondly, depending upon several sources without testing them and shifting stance from one to another would become a cause of great confusion due to difference of opinions, as I already pointed out.

So, act wisely. Only prudent choosing of the source by using your vision can help you better in the long run. Service once lost due to inapt handling of the case usually becomes the cause of devastation of career forever.

Very well analysed and advised by expert Mr. PS Dhingra, I fully agree and appreciate his acumen.
Withhold your decision for moving to High Court before availing departmental avenue to sort out your problem internally (Bank authorities).
Consult and engage a local prudent lawyer practicing service matters for better guidance and proceeding.
