Respected experts,
Divorce case of my cousin is pending in USA court. suddenly he died.who will be his nominee at present mother or wife?

In divorce case the husband is died. Now only wife is in the case. so submit copy death certificate of your cousin as proof. then the question of case does not arise.

if divorce did not happen during life time of husband then she is wife.

Nominee has got different meaning . Role of Nominee is to Just receiving the funds from bank etc and distributing it to the Legal Heir

Since the Process of court Divorce is incomplete your Sister and mother in law are the Legal Heirs . Let your sister visit U.S along with all evidence and claim her share of 50% in every thing of her husband

Where arises the question of nominee, when the deceased has not nominated anyone for any property? Both, the wife and mother would be entitled to claim their equal sharea. as legal heir of the deceased.
