Registration of an educational trust in assam

i would like to open a school. i have come to know that a trust is needed to obtain licence to open a school. what are the procedures and requirements for opening an educational trust in assam?

Educational Trust with at least 7 Executive Members can be opened. Get the proforma from the Registrar of Societies of your District or online, after preparation of byelaws of the society submit to the registrar of Societies under Indian Societies Registration Act. If you intend to open a Trust only, get the deed prepared by an experienced Advocate or a senior Document Writer and present the same before the Sub-Registrar concerned. for registration of Trust under Indian Trusts Act, there shall be one or more trustees in Trust.

Consult and engage a local lawyer for registration of Trust and seeking necessary permission/ approval / affiliation from state Directorate of Education.
