No you can not. Kindly agitate the dismissal order of the magistrate in sessions court. Go for proper legal advice.
SHIRISH PAWAR, 7738990900 (Expert) 10 December 2018
You have to file revision before sessions court.
Dr J C Vashista (Expert) 11 December 2018
Besides filing revision petition before Sessions Court, which I agree with experts Mr. R. Sathyanarayanan and Mr. Shirish Pawar, you have the option of proceeding your complaint u/s 200 Cr PC, if already on record/ filed.
Kumar Doab (Expert) 11 December 2018
You can benefit from above.
Hemant Agarwal (Expert) 26 December 2018
1. IF the MM has duly considered the 156(3) as a "Civil Matter", THEN you will not get any success in any revision /appeal, which is possible against an order originating as criminal matter.

Keep Smiling .... Hemant Agarwal
