Recovery of Interim maintenance

Any other modes to recover the Interim maintenance amount in main petition itself.

Dear Sir,
You must get an order of issuance of FLW in the main petition to get attachment of movable properties of respondent by providing details of movables like car, TV and furniture etc. This can be done in the main petition only.
