Better request your Advocate to submit a Pleading in the concerned Court mentioning that you are Senior Citizen and the case to be completed on priority and certainly the Court would oblige.

You may go thru the HC rules on speedy trial in case of Sr. Citizens and take your Lawyer's help to request court for speedy trial.

You can file a Revision Petition under article 227 of the Constitution of India in High Court for an expedite order for direction to the lower court for speedy disposal of the case.

Despite submitting about my status of senior citizen, the court seems to be not serious about the matter. Thank you all for your valuable response and guidance.
