Bank alleging outstanding of a credit
Card issued in 2005
Pls help.they rang up saying summons will be issued.

When was your last transaction using this Card. If three years had completed after last transaction no case could be filed. Do not issue any cheqye or undertaking letter which would complicate the matter. Be bold.. If possible change your mobile number and discuss with local Advocate .

If yes, contact and engage a local lawyer for proper guidance and proceeding. If no, wait and watch.

As per various publications these are recovery agents.
Did you pay in full in year 2005 and have the acknowledgment?
