Wife of deceased husband and property rights

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 05 November 2018 This query is : Resolved
I need several answers.
I have a property owned by my both parent- in-laws who have expired without making a will. After them there are two daughters and one son(my husband) who are legal heirs. My husband passed away without sorting the matter of property rights and now i am left with nothing. I am staying in the same house. I have my daughter and son with me.
Does my sister in law owns the right to throw me and my children out of home? How much share will my children and myself will get if the property is set for division. My daughter and son both are married. Please help me

The self earned property of your in-laws will be equally distributed amongst the three of you.

Thank you for your response sir
So do they have a right to throw us out of the house?
We have been paying all the bills of the house since past 25 years?

No they cant. You have equal rights over property as of your sister in law.

Thank you Shirish.

Now also that I am clear on one issue. I also would want to extend my topic to that my sister in law are filthy rich people. My husband was behind them reaching out to them to do the division of the property however they troubled him a lot. Now I am constantly behind them to do the division and stay at peace however help me what else I can do to sort this matter. Some one suggested my daughter to apply for succession certificate. what is it and will that be helpful?
