Any sale deed is not valid until it carries the names of both the parties in their relevant places – as seller and buyer or lessee and lessor.
is it true ?
a person is done fraud with us, case is already running in court we came to know that the address written by buyer in a sale deed was not the right present address he is living in right now and at the time of sale deed, he is sifted to another address. how ever adhar card , id proof is of same address which was written in the sale deed. sale deed was done by fraud the seller was in impression that he was signing the mortgage paper against the loan he takes on property in question

Your query is quite vague as is without any head or tail.
At first, you have not stated, how you are concerned with the buyer seller case, when neither you are buyer, nor the seller?
Secondly, what type of fraud you detected in shifting his residence by the buyer? Mind it, what is fraud in your concept may not be a fraud in law.
Thirdly, it is hard to believe that the seller would have blindly signed the mortgage papers without going through the deed.
Fourthly, it is also hard to believe, if the Sub-registrar would not have questioned about the nature of transaction and receipt of payment.

sir i agreed but query is still opened all things u r talking about is we already in court case is running and we are telling all the fact to the jugde that how can the things happened but i want to know that if address of buyer is wrong in the sale deed than is there any impact on the sale deed

Consult your lawyer contesting your case, who is well aware about the facts/ documents qua subject matter.
Have faith in your lawyer and proceed as guided, otherwise change him/her immediately.
Prima facie you are unaware about the circumstances and mentioned as "seller or buyer and lessor or lessee" ? Which is the correct transaction ?
What is your locus standie to the question, if it is not a timepass story ?

Mr. Neeraj,
Your statement, "people are not able to understand about my query," is strange. The fact is that you have not been able to convince the people about the problem. Apparently, when the case is already running through some lawyer and you have not been able to make him also understand your query, when you are supposed to have a detailed discussion with him, how you can expect to make others understand your query with vague description?
You may continue with yourefforts to make your own lawyer understand your query.
