(Querist) 15 October 2018 This query is : Resolved 
Can a Co acussed be made a witness in the court. Since the Co acussed is a friend of mine and the main acussed. The co acuss ed introduced me with the main acussed. One day the main acussed suddenly came from back and hit me on my back. That time we all three were present. Now I had made the co acussed second respondent. Now I Want to make him the witness also. Is it possible.
