In the case of my job transfer

Dear Respected sir I would like to inform you that my father was a government teacher but he is no more show the issue is coming is there my brother has a graduation and he is doing BTC...now The question is that can my brother get the job in place of my father same as my father it means teacher or other job so please suggest me in the case of my father I am very confused I am just 12th pass out and I don't have enough knowledge about this so please it's my humble request to you please suggest me what step I have to take now can my brother get the job or not my brother get the job not same as my father or my mother get pension are not..... thank you sir

Dear Sir,
Yes, either your brother or you, if you are more than 18 years of age get your father’s job which is called as job on the ground of compassionate ground. Such application must be filed normally within 12 months from the date of death of your father. Please check with the officials of office where your father was working and also contact High Court advocate who is expert in service matters.

If your father expired while working as Government teacher and no earning member is in your family any major family member may apply for compassionate appointment to the suitable post within one year from the date of death of your father. Your mother can get pension. she has to submit pension papers through the Department authorities.
