Very vague question!

What specific objection you have against the SGM without agenda or passing of the agenda of the committee of which organization?

Also what harm is committed towards the general membership with holding of the SGM or passing of the agenda, or you want just to create hindrance in the functioning ot the managing committee?

If Special General Meeting has been held without agenda and even then it has passed certain resolutions which you deem against rules then the sole remedy is to get those challenged before Registrar of Firms and Societies but notice is required to be given to the management of society prior to that.
