Gift deed for immovable property

The owner of the immovable property wants to execute a Gift in favour of his daughters. The property to be gifted is in another district and he is unable to travel to office of subregistrar due to his old age and poor health. Hence, he wants to execute Special Power of Attorney (SPA) to his son in law by registering the same in office of subregistrar in his place of living
Queries are :
1. Is SPA is valid for registration of the Gift deed in different district as stated above?
2. What is the stamp duty and registration fee for SPA?
3. Is son in law considered as part of the family in deciding the stamp duty and registration fee?

The property to be gifted is in another district and he is unable to travel to office of subregistrar due to his old age and poor health. Hence, he wants to execute Special Power of Attorney (SPA) to his son in law by registering the same in office of subregistrar in his place of living. Queries are : 1. Is SPA is valid for registration of the Gift deed in different district as stated above? 2. What is the stamp duty and registration fee for SPA? 3.
