Rent receipt of Pagadi system

Our grandfather is the owner of our house property. However he expired. Can my father or any other of his siblings sign the rent receipt on grandfathers behalf.

Also please provide me a format of the rent receipt. And where will I get it.

The issue is that one of our tenant of pagadi system is blaming us that we our providing her false receipt and they have stoped paying us rent for more than a year.

Please help.

Who are the legal heirs? All the heirs can decide and authorise one among you to sighn the receipt.

First get issue a legal notice terminating his tenancy on the ground of non payment of rent. Then every issue will be resolved by the tenant himself.

An NOC, of all the legal heirs of the owner, has to be prepared giving the Administrative rights to one of the legal heir. The tenants should be informed that he has been entrusted with the requisite authority and will be collecting the rents and look after the matters of the property.
