In our writ arguments were concluded and judgement was reserved on 20 june 2018 in high court against division bench. But still judgement not delivered by judges. In this division bench one of judge will retire in october, so what we do for this.....please clear this

Did you check with your lawyer and/or inspected judicial file?
Generally so much time is seldom taken by the Courts in pronouncement of judgment as stated by you.

Hypothetical academic query of a person with a fake name, 'Rock'!!

However, remedy to your dissatisfaction lies only with your own advocate and the court of law. Better ask your own lawyer. Question arises, what for you hired services of a lawyer if unable to reply your questions.
