Maternity leave -third child - central autonomous body

I work in central autonomous body.
For third child, ML is available??
I have two children.
Maternity benefits act 1861 is applicable to me??

Maternity benefit act doe snot apply to govt employees.

ML is not at all admissible for a lady having two surviving children.
