Hello,
Your CHS has applied for deemed conveyance because builder was denied to give conveyance as regular. Hence society has applied for deemed conveyance but when we received the copy of order. it was written as Lease Conveyance. even our neighbor society has got deemed conveyance written on order.
So i would like to understand what is the difference between deemed conveyance & Lease Conveyance even the case was same. Builder was same & title of application was same .
Is their any issue in further redevelopment??... Please guide me. It is in mumbai western suburb .

It depends on the original holding of the land, if it is free-hold then it is a deemed Conveyance, in case of lease-hold land it is either a Deed of Assignment or Transfer of Lease rights.

Thanks. Our plot is same for 18 societies and other society has order written with deemed conveyance. Is that we can consider that lease conveyance is same as deemed conveyance and further procedure of registration of conveyance and transfer on property card in society name will continue smooth based on lease conveyance and then society can go for redevelopment easily... Can it happened?
