During Indira gandhi time Declaration act was passed. Our tenants have occupied the land. What is the way to get it back? Can someone help

Please discuss the problem in detail, in what way the declaration act is related to your case, and what efforts you made so far for the last about four decades to get your property back from your tenant?

Vague question paper without any head and tail of the facts.
Is there any Act enacted in India, namely "Declaration Act" as stated by you?
