Sir,मैं बेसिक शिक्षा विभाग में कार्यरत हूँ। बेसिक शिक्षा विभाग जनपद अलीगढ़ में कार्यरत् शिक्षक एवं शिक्षिकाओं को वर्षों से उनके वेतन से GPF कट तो रहा है लेकिन विभाग शिक्षकों एवं शिक्षिकाओं को GPF ACCOUNT की न तो लेखा पर्ची देता है और ना ही कोई जानकारी। किस प्रकार शिक्षकों एवं शिक्षिकाओं को GPF की लेखा पर्ची दिलवाई जा सकती है ?
यही हाल NPS कटौती का भी है । NPS कटता तो है लेकिन शिक्षकों एवं शिक्षिकाओं के NPS ACCOUNT में WEBSITE पर दिखाई नही देता । दोनो समस्याओं से सम्बन्धित की बार मीटिंग की जा चुकी है किन्तु अधिकारी अगले महीने-अगले महीने करते रहते । क्या करना चाहिए ?

मामला जैसा की आप बता रहे हैं प्रथम दृष्ट्य: जालसाजी का प्रतीत होता है और ऐसे मामले मीटिंगों से हल नहीं होते

आपको क्यों नहीं लगता की यह पैसा कुछ लोगों की जेब में जा रहा है और आप उनसे आशा करते हैं की वह मीटिंग में यह तथ्य आने देंगे ?

You may ask for the annual statements of GPF account and the particulars of your NPS PRAN, etc., through application under the RTI. They cannot refuse to withhold the requisite documents or information. That is the right of an employee.

On receipt of the requisite information, if any fraud is noticed, must bring that to the notice of the U.P. Vigilance Establishment at Lucknow or the sector concerned under which jurisdiction Aligarh falls.

Narration of the same may be made in gentle communication addresses to the concerned authority, under proper acknowledgment and request to provide the information and documents as duly posted by you can be made.
Thereafter all united affected staff or their union can meet/write to Highest official, concerned Minister , Chief Minister.. as well.
Vigilance and courts are of course there to act on such complaints.
The affected employees may pursue the recourse deemed fit looking into their long term objectives and service.
