Garage converted to room permission

Hello sir,
Recently I am looking for a property to buy here in Kolkata.I will be the third owner.The actual owner of the property converted its garage space as an attached room as it was in the ground floor. More over,the owner mortgage this property for some credit loan to SBI. Eventually he falls to repay the loan and the flat was ceased by the bank. The second owner got the flat through E auction where in ragistration documents the property was shown divided in two parts .... One BHK and a garage. In the sanctioned plan the garage is still there. now I am buying this property . And I want to buy this with loan.So what will be the consequences as i have to write this garage converted room as garage in the registration document.Loan will be possible?? And I also want to know whether I can get permission for the conversion of garage to room. All the other papers are ok.Tax is paid till date.mutation in done.please help.ur suggestion is necessary.

You contact and convince Bank Management and Ombudsman that you want to convert the garage into attached Room apart from other reliefs. Since Bank is more interested in giving loan at high interest rather than your converting garage into room it will oblige and disburse or Advance loan to y0u.First give a legal notice to bank apprising it with your proposal to convert garage into room. After notice if bank don't respond file a suit in civil court.Since it is prior to disbursement of loan by Bank civil court alone has jurisdiction to decide the dispute between bank and customer.After disbursement DRT alone will have Jurisdiction to resolve or decide the dispute.

As usual, Ms. Usha Kapoor has again rendered totally wrong and misleading advice. Ms. Usha Kapoor should know that contacting and convincing of the bank management and ombudsman does not serve the purpose of sanction of loan for converting garage in to a room, as any bank does snot anjoy any authority to grant approval of such conversion. For that due approval of the local body is necessary, if change is desired in the existing approved structure of house.
Since the bank is not obliged to approve loan to any or every applicant, the advice for legal notice or filing a civil suit against the bank is merely an attempt to willfully misguide and mislead the querist.
Moreover, from where the reference of DRT has cropped in her advice, while the querist has not made any mention of that.
She does not desist from misguiding people.

Women Prohibition Act 1986 prohibits any individual or organisation to publish or help post, publish, exhibit or advertise onlinr or offline any kind of representation about women that could be considered offensive and it is punishable.

You are welcome, if you want to sue me on behalf of the fake expert Ms. Usha Kapoor. But be aware, the law does not prohibit pointing out of false and misleading advice to anyone by anyone.

Did you forget that you are not a master or monkey to throw rubbish on others, when no mistake on your part was pointed out? You make posts merely for your fun sake, not for the right guidance of the querists..Your sole aim seems to be merely making mockery of others. Mind it, my aim is to caution the innocent querists from the false and misleading advice of fake experts.
Must remember, when you will throw rubbish on others that rubbish would revert back to you only. If you post rubbish in response to my post, you would be destined to get rubbish in return for yourself.
Better behave sensibly. Don't try to be very smart by justifying wrong and misleading legal advice of the fake experts, like Ms. Usha Kapoor. If you do so, you do nothing except to prove yourself as a fake expert. Your cheap gimmicks or blackmailing tactics can't help you prove yourself to be a real expert in law.

Dhingra alias Jigyasu you were suspended twice and I only bailed you out. I have the records of your pleadings " not able to log in ". You had also come out with fake identity as Jigyasu. Dhingra is trying to behave like a decent man and awkward Jigyasu is his real image insulting the innocent women experts.
