My name is SURENDRA JAIN I am 54yr old mere upar 2 logo ne MERI shop par aakar mujhe mara ek maah purv Maine uske chote son ka kan pakad KAR use shop SE bhaga diya that tab usne mujhe aakar dhamki di thi ki tujhe dekh lege ek maah baad aakar Mar ke gaya jisme mujhe frecture bhi aaya police be fir ki jaga NC likhi but no any action till date mere pass koi BHI eye vitness NAHI hai Sirf ghatna ke samay ka government has hospital ka medical paper hai
So pls advice me

If police not taking any action then approach their higher officials if they also fail to take any action then file private criminal complaint before criminal court.

File police complaint to commissioner office / SP office and file private complaint in the court for registering FIR. Court may after going through the documents and police report order police for registering FIR or you can proceed under private complaint in the court.

One more remedy is filing a criminal Writ of Mandamus for seeking directions from the Highcourt to issue directions to the concerned police department to register FIR against the erring persons or accused by the police.
