My bro and wife has no understanding past 15 yrs. Both they are govt staff. Her brutal activities and talks are pasted to his two sons. Now they are 24. 22 yrs. She avoid to provide food and other service to husband for 15 years. Both have joint property documents worth of 50 lakhs. Since last 5 yrs she without husband knowledge removed his name in ration card, House tax receipt (in former receipt included both name) Govt Health Insurance card. last week husband took cardio treatment but his name is not included by her as family member in the insurance card. So he had to paid money instead of free treatment. This type of her conspiracy by her continues. Is it criminal or family court matter. Kindly clarify

It seems as if you are the only person, who takes care of anyone and everyone to take up consultancy on their behalf, either in the name of your brother or some colleague or some engineer of your office.
Now since you have asked whether the present case is criminal or family court matter, that clearly denotes that you are asking only the academic type of the questions, not being pertained to some real problems.
Question arises, what is the object of merely knowing whether it is criminal or family court matter, when you are not authorised to represent your brother's case in any court? If facing any real problem, better go to some lawyer and file a case against his wife, if you are so pertinent to get your brother and yourself including your parents & other kins, necessarily involved in some serious DV case by his wife. Your lawyer, himself, would take care about the nature or category of the case. You may not have to strike your head to know all that.
