Cancellation of sale deed

Pls guide me whether the property once registered can be cancelled . if so how and what will be the procedure. Any grace days given when we find that the purchaser got registered the property and cheque is given for the balance amt he has to pay. But now he is like making us roam around his house pls guide me whether any chance to get the sale deed cancelled as I'm one of the witness as my father sold the property.

With out the consideration the sale Deed is invalid and with a Criminal intention of cheating. Validity of any cheque is only for 3 month. Discuss and proceed with the guidance of local Advocate

In few circumstances a registered sale deed can be cancelled u.s. 31 of Specific Relief Act. It is advisable for you to consult a local lawyer to help you.
