One mode you have already posted in Title of your query i.e.Gift ( Registered deed).
Other Perspectives; Settlement /sale etc …
Visit LOCAL SRO and any deedwriter can help you..
Mention boundaries…
After registration submit copy for updation in mutation records and get copy of updated mutation records…
Or let your own very able senior LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in revenue/civil matters and having successful track record draft and prepare IT for you and mind your long term interests…

Take help of some local property dealer, who can complete all the legal formalities for you.
Kumar Doab (Expert) 27 February 2018
Do IT yourself in person or thru your own counsel as already explained.
Deedwriter/Document writer can also help you, for drafting deed in your local language/English and lso for mutations….
Or submit for updation in mutation records to designate official e.g; Patwaari or whatever else is local term…
IT is not work of property dealer…
Gift is without consideration…..( Payment).
The property dealer may demand her/his fee on sale consideration ( =NiL, Zero in case of Gift deed).
Avoid Touts ( Dalaal) that would fall for even Rs.50/- ( Pachaas Rupalli).

The documents writer says now a days gift settlement documents are registered only willing of cocerned sub register, is it true? Is there any legal formality to register the documents through Court?
