How to apply for a permission for going abroad in court?

Dear Sir,
I am on Bail in a food safety case and there is a condition in bail that, before leaving india you have to get permission from court..
I am having a job offer for 0verseas and contract period is for 02 years.Joining is in Third week of march 2018...
Please advise..

Ask your lawyer to move application in the court where your criminal complaint case is pending, elaborating the details of your job and giving undertaking by you to be present at the time of charging stage and your evidence otherwise the counsel holding your power of attorney/Vakatnamma shall be attending the dates in the case on your behalf and seek required exemption for your presence. The trail court usually allows the exemption of the accused from attending court case dates if he is employed and working outstation.
