name-subramani,,,subramani having mother age 76,,,subramani father dead/ --subramani having youger sister alive subramani entered sale agreement of his land in 19/7/2013.land was in his fathers name,, by mentioning one third in sale agreement. subramani dead on-28/11/2013. sale agreement reflect in EC. how to canel it .

why do you want to cancel the agreement? By cancelling you may lose the earnest deposit if any given to the vendor. you can demand for specific performance of the agreement from the legal heirs or successors of the deceased vendor. Please demand execution of the sale deed from them. However show the details of ur transaction to local advocate and take further steps in consultation with him..

Vague query which is not followed properly since you have confused the facts.
If I have understood the facts of query properly the agreement to sale was valid for 2 years which have already elapsed. Besides this, the party to agreement is stated to have died on 28/11/2013 (about 51 months before),in these circumstances the agreement has to be renewed, .
