My sister in law falsely implicated my family members including me in 498a presently I am in Saudi Arabia and I was not there at time of dispute and FIR moreover my brother and his family was not with my parents and were separately I want to comeback to India and to quash names of all my family members including me
Kindly elaborate the procedure

Engage a lawyer for yourself in India. Send him your Vakaltnamma/Power of Attorney to file quashing petition u/s 482 Cr.P.C in the High Court of the State where FIR has been registered. The quashing petition should be exclusively for you and not the whole family as you want to get yourself out of the criminal case so that your movement in India doesn't get disturbed. The second quashing petition on behalf of your other family members can also be filled simultaneously and separately. If the High Court allow your quash petition and removes your name from the criminal complaint case, you get free hand for travelling and handling the other quash petition for rest of family members. Your present coming to India can bring trouble as there may be Look Out Circular by the Police to get you arrested sooner you reach the airport in India, in that case you may even loose your passport and even after getting bail your passport may not be released by the court that will prevent your return back out for your job.
I have done so in for my clients working and living outside India against whom the such false FIR were registered by wife etc.
