Name mismatch

Hello respected expert..here I m sandeep..my father name (mansingbhai) on my all documentation proof.. My father aadhar card election card have also same name... But in 7/12, 8 a father name (RAMSINGBHAI)...now father land not transfer to me because of name mismatch... Affidavits already done that mansingbhai and RAMSINGBHAI is single person... But land can't transfer... Grandfather name is not mismatch... Ur valuable opinion is requested

for transfer of the land from your father to you, get a gift deed executed by your father in your favour.Is the property self acquired by your father or ancestral? if your father got that property through a registered sale deed, then that the name of your father be rectified with original name in the sale deed. Otherwise get a notarized affidavit from your father.

You have not mentioned whether your father is alive or not?

If the concerned officer is not ready to change the name discuss with local lawyer and file case for appropriate orders.
