@Mr. Rajendra K Goyal,

When you don't know the rules and regulations of a departmental/ domestic inquiry, what difference it makes for you, whether the query is repeated or an original one? Even on other query, you have not given any advice to the querist. As usual, you have just played the number game by making two vague and irrelevant posts.
