Please furnish me the copy of legislation (or a web link) for the rules & regulations for renting an apartment by society member (Apartment owner)
(1) Rules & Responsibilities for & Procedures to be fullfilled by the apartment owner.
(2) Rules & Responsibilities for & Procedures to be fullfilled by the Secretary of the Society.
(3) Rules & Responsibilities for & Procedures to be fullfilled by the Tenant.
