In laws sued parents under ipc 302

My brother committed suicide on 8th aug'17. Now, the in laws have filed a case against my parents under ipc 302. There's no suicide note. We also have the cctv footage which clearly shows it was done by him only not by my parents as a proof which generally Court asks for. What should I do? I know we will win the case but thing is indian cases go on for years.. Which will definitely hamper our growth and career..

India case or otherwise, no matter. But, your parents will have to hire services of some competent lawyer, as being a criminal case, your parents will have to defend the case on merits through that lawyer. No escape.

Thank you. Is there any law where we can also appeal to get the compensation for all the expenses that we incurred during the case under False Alligations?

There is only option to defend the case strongly.. when you win the case, you can ask for compensation..
Currently you can also think of quashing at the high court if you have enough evidence.
