Payment of gratuity act 1972

Dear Experts

I am working in District Health Society (Registered under Society Act 1860) Under Government project. I get salary with deduction EPF or ESI. So whether the provision for Payment of Gratuity Act 1972 will be applicable. or not. If yes kindly send gazetted notification.

Why do you want Gazette notification? Moreover, when you are anonymous, whom to send and were to send Gazette notification?

If permissible on fulfilling the requisite conditions, you can get gratuity, even without producing Gazette notification, on application after your retirement, termination or resignation, as the case may be,

Sir I m not clarified that gratuity act is applicable on society or not. Where i check it.

Don't expect tutorials. Read definitions and the terms to qualify for gratuity to understand, whether the society comes under the scope of the Act or not.
