How to get my documents from court

icici bank filed a case against me on 29/08/2008 u/s 138 and i submitted 2 KVP's worth 10k as surety.
however i had a out of court settlement with bank in 2009, and did not went to court to get my KVP's back.
now when i go to the court they say there is no record online as there was some tech error while uploading cases of that time in comp.
my case no. was 997/1/08(icici bank vs keshav kundra).rohini court.
How can i get my KVP's back.

Possibly the KVP are with the case file. Please inspect file at record room through lawyer and find if these are available in the file.

thanx for the reply experts...sir i went to the record room with a lawyer and they said that if its not online then forget it...we burn all the documents after 3 years..also there was a error for that year in uploading so forget it...
i wonder as KVP is cash and they burn them...
hope u understand the indian syatem
