She has promised me to marry. She has enjoyed sex with me on several occassion. Even inside the correctional home. When i was lodged in the same correctional home in c/w a case but now I have acquitted from the said case by the Ld. Trial Court. She has promised me a lot of thing now she has started avoiding me as I am now forcing her to marry me. I have also came to know that during the period I was detained in C/Home she had slept with several other persons. I am suffering a huge mental agony and pain for her. I will never spare her for playing with my life. I want to file a case against her please tell me the procedure to do that. Whether I can do that or not. Please help me.

I have all the evidences required to prove all the allegations against her. Documental evidences I have with me are either in hard copy or in soft copy.

Mr. Bappaditya Dey,

If corrected by correctional home, better feel corrected fully in all respects. Forget the episode, as a day dream or acquitted by court, acquitted by that lady also. When you know, she slept with several other persons also, why hanker after that lady? Just feel the moments you enjoyed with her, may at some cost, if you spent on her by your free will.

Its not the matter of enjoyment only. It may be from her part and even I am not at all bothered regarding the amount I have spent but the problem is the sufferings and the pain which I am still suffering. Please inform me if its an offence then what are those sections of IPC under which a criminal case can be instituted against her. And if not please inform me that too.

Mr. Dhingra,
Let me also inform you that some criminal charges were brought against me its not that I was convicted of the alleged offences, rather I have been acquitted. I was lodged in a correctional home as under trial not as a convict. I dont think I did any thing wrong in any manner so that I need to get myself corrected fully in all respect.

In the present system you have less chances to take revenge from the lady by filing a case. In turn if she slap some criminal cases on you, you would be in deep trouble.

Forget her, move forward in the life.

Thanks Mr. Goyal,
I dont want to take any revenge. I have never committed any offence e.g. post circulate any private or intimate images or like that not even I have threatened her. Even stopped all communication with her. Not even want outrage her modesty by any means. I am very much aware about the consequences of those, I just want to know whether it is possible or not. If not then I will file a complaint before the appointing authority of her, because similar type of complaints have already been lodged against her and for that she was transferred from one men correctional home where she was posted earlier to a women correctional home.

Still I would advice to avoid and move forward in the life.

Always it may not be possible to prove the truth beyond doubt, in the court.

Thank you very much Mr. Goyal. Whatever, in the end I would just like to say that this type of gender inequality must be taken care of by the appropriate authority. With all due respect to the women I would like to comment that always women are the victims its not true. Not all, but this type of woman are taking full advantage of the Indian Law.
